Each shower steamer can be placed in shower away from direct water stream or shower drain. As water droplets sprinkle onto the steamer, they fizz and bubble, releasing the amazing menthol and essential oils, helping to provide aromatherapy benefits.
NATURAL + PURE Ingredients:
baking soda, citric acid, kaolin clay, isopropyl alcohol, polysorbate 80, crushed menthol crystals, lavender + peppermint essential oil.
Clays or mica are added for a slight color.
Each pouch contains five 1.0oz heart shaped shower steamers.

I have tried several Scrub Studio Soaps products…LOVE them all. These steamers are the best. The menthol infused steamers were great when I had a cold. Used as directed, you can easily get three uses per steamer.
